It's the time of year when we should be at our most jovial; however, for many people this is not the case. For many of us, this time of year brings upon unwanted sadness and depression. The lost of someone and being alone are at the top of the list of reasons why some of us get this way during this time of year. So let's share some ideas to help those that may be feeling this way.
